About Kevin

As an authentic psychotherapist, I place the needs of my clients first. My approach is tailored to each individual, taking into account their background, experiences, and life circumstances. I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and create a safe and trusting environment for clients to express themselves and work through their difficulties.

I specialise in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety-related disorders, trauma, OCD, and ADHD, as well as those identifying as neurodivergent.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each person’s unique way of thinking and processing. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I aim to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop resilience within a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space.

I approach clients with a holistic perspective. I am also a mental health advocate, working to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and advocate for better access to mental health care.

Continuing professional practice and training is essential to maintain the highest standards of care and improve my skills and knowledge. By participating in continuing education and professional development, I stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies, providing effective and compassionate care. This leads to better outcomes for clients, greater job satisfaction, and personal fulfilment.
